The Agerran Commonwealth
Representatives from all three major governing powers have come with the new colonists, in order to help establish the beginnings of a colonial government. You are here as part of the Agerran Commonwealth faction. It is vital that Phaelos III join the Commonwealth, for a number of reasons. For one thing, having the first colony since the Homeworld War willingly join the Commonwealth cements its legitimacy as the dominant power in the galaxy. Just as importantly--but more secretly--the Agerran High Command believes that the ruins on Agerre are home to a number of powerful relics, which might prove useful in the coming war.
Most of you are high enough in Agerran politics to know that Agerre is indeed stockpiling ships for a new war, as is rumored in much of the galaxy. The fleet is waiting, and if things go wrong on Phaelos III, they are ready to jump in and take the planet by force if need be. But as politicians and negotiators, you're determined to take control of the planet through less violent means. This doesn't need to devolve into bloodshed. Joining the Commonwealth is the best option for the new colony, and you'll be the ones to convince the other colonists of that. You know the Galactic League reps are going to be trying to sell their bland society to the new colonists, and you're happy to prove them wrong and argue them down until they give up and go running home like they always do.
When it comes to day-to-day politics, most of you are primarily concerned with infrastructure and defense. Your faction is working to establish things like basic transportation, energy, farming, resource distribution, and water purification systems. Structures and hierarchies are important to you. The safety of the colony is also very important. You have little tolerance for crime, and are determined not to let organized crime take root in the colony. Of course, the safest thing for the colony to do is to join the Commonwealth. Hopefully they'll understand that soon.

Description:
You were a soldier once, during the war. You were good at what you did, and you served your Homeworld with pride. You killed, not because you enjoyed it, but because it was the right thing to do. You respected your enemies, and trusted them to respect you in turn. You fought alongside fellow soldiers like V. Gorai ((Tara Leederman)) and K. Aigo ((Rob Prag)). You even served with a Gyra Navyman who had chosen to stay with the Agerran Navy, Y. En-fi ((Ivan Wong)). You respected En-fi a great deal, and were proud to call them a friend.
After the war, things were quieter, but there was always work to be done enforcing order. You became an Adjudicator, officiating over criminal cases and sentencing those who stepped out of line or disobeyed orders. You did your best to be fair and respectful, generally choosing to assign sentences of labor over physical punishment or execution. You believe that there is a place for all people, they just sometimes need help finding that place. Besides, execution removes someone entirely, which is wasteful. Everyone can and should contribute. You often worked with your old compatriot Aigo, who became a Seeker, tracking down fugitives from justice.
Your stance was dramatically changed several years ago. You were on a diplomatic mission to Ottsalia, consulting on a local tribunal case dealing with an escaped Agerran convict. While you were on your way back to your shuttle, a group of Gyra terrorists attempted to bomb the landing pad. Your bodyguards realized what was happening and attacked the terrorists, but the bomb was detonated. Most of your bodyguards were killed, and you were severely injured.
It took you almost a year to recover, and you survived only through significant Augmentation, cybernetics replacing the functioning of many of your damaged organs. You dedicated yourself to finding the mastermind behind the bombing, who you soon determined to be N. Fi-lett ((Duane Padilla)), a follower of the radical named A. Ya-rett ((Richard Dupell)). You’ve been on Fi-lett’s trail for years, determined to catch them, but they’ve always stayed one step ahead of you. You did manage to arrest Ya-rett, though, and sentenced them to life imprisonment in Stormgate Temple on Zé. Ya-rett might have a use of some kind, but you do not know what it is.
You have come to Phaelos III as part of the military force, working under Forward Marshall Gorai. As Adjudicator, you will oversee the sentencing of any criminals you and Aigo are able to catch. You take your role seriously, and will do what it takes to maintain the stability and order of this new colony. What’s more, you suspect Fi-lett may be somewhere on the colony somewhere. Unfortunately, you can’t act on them directly, as this isn’t technically Agerran territory, and you have no proof of their involvement. You’d have to get them to confess. But there are ways of forcing a confession, if you can get your hands on Fi-lett...
Light: You believe there is good in all people, and are merciful and forgiving in your judgement. You have a strong sense of duty which is at the core of your identity; duty to Agerre in whatever form it may ask of you.
Dark: You would injure or kill without thought or remorse if it were ordered of you, and never question your judgement nor the judgement of your superiors. In your eyes, the ends always justify the means, as long as those ends are beneficial to Agerre. You are a tool of war.
